We had the BEST experience with 1 Adventure! Not only did they provide excellent, clean and maintained equipment (we rented a Tritoon), but they also went above and beyond with their customer service. Rain was expected during our afternoon rental time and the owner contacted me first thing in the morning offering to move our time so we could still have the experience without getting into bad weather! Staff was incredibly kind and friendly on site and educated us well on the watercraft. Instructions on the equipment made it easy to follow and maps made it simple to navigate. Exceptionally thoughtful & friendly staff and will make us always recommend and use 1 Adventure in the future!

This was my first time renting a boat on/near Lake Michigan. I received a call the afternoon of my rental to confirm everything, and when I got there the boat was ready a few minutes early. The staff could not have been nicer. The boat was super clean and perfect for watching the sunset from the mouth of the channel.

Pros: The website was very easy to use for booking the boat. The location was great! We appreciated the map of the lake and tips provided by the staff. Cons: The staff was pleasant but they didn’t wear masks or really socially distance which was a bit concerning for us. The pontoon we rented wasn’t really wiped down prior to use for example, dirt on the seats, stickiness (visible brown ring from previous drink) and a couple of cobwebs which we removed.

Josh, and his crew were super helpful during our two-day rental. We rented the 26’ Chaparral and the 22’ Berkshire. All boats were cleaned, gassed, and ready to go on pick up. Furthermore, the team even came to the vacation rental to make sure the dock had adequate facilities to dock the boats. Also, the water toys were new and in good shape, perfect for a fun tubing experience. Finally, the ability to return the boat after watching the sunset was invaluable. I’ll definitely be contacting guys again next year!
